All orders are made to order.

Orders are processed within 14–16 business days after payment confirmation.
Business days do not include weekends or public holidays.

Once production is complete, your order will be shipped.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, or VAT, which are determined by the destination country.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
MapKraft is not responsible for delays or fees caused by customs authorities.

Delays or Missing Orders

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe after dispatch, please contact us at rui@mapkraft.com and include:

• Your order number

We will investigate the issue and assist you.

Returns and Refunds

Returns and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy, which explains eligibility, exceptions for custom-made products, and refund procedures.

For damaged or incorrect items, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number.
