Order Processing

All orders are made to order.

We email your 3D preview within 2–3 days of your order. Production starts only after you approve your preview.

Production and dispatch within 7 days after your preview approval. Carrier delivery time is additional and begins after dispatch.

Shipping Costs

Free shipping within the EU. Shipping outside the EU is calculated at checkout and shown before you confirm your order.

Shipping Destinations

We ship to supported destinations where a shipping method is available at checkout. If no shipping method is offered for your address, contact us before ordering.

Please note that we may be unable to ship to certain destinations due to carrier restrictions or local regulations. If this applies to your order, we will contact you before shipment.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs processing, carrier delays, or local conditions.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Orders delivered outside the EU may be subject to import duties, taxes, or VAT, which are determined by the destination country.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
MapKraft is not responsible for delays or fees caused by customs authorities.

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe after dispatch, please contact us at rui@mapkraft.com and include:

• Your order number

We will investigate the issue and assist you.

Returns and Refunds

Returns and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy, which explains eligibility, exceptions for custom-made products, and refund procedures.

For damaged or incorrect items, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number.
